Architectual work includes replacing mirrors, toilet booth, windows, louvers, gutter & downspout and painting floor, walls and ceiling. Mechanical work includes replacing urinals, water closets and lavatories. Electrical work includes replacing lighting fixtures, outlets, switches and wiring. Note 1: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. Note 2: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
