Rogers Landslide located in Newcomb, Campbell County, Tennessee. This project is under the Office of Surface Mining's Federal Emergency Program. The project consists of mobilization and demobilization of the contractor's workfarce, equipment and materials, clearing and grubbing, landslide excavation, regrading and placement of excess material in an approved off-site waste area, the installation of a gabion retaining wall, the installation of several types of surface and subsurface drainage control structures, site regrading, revegetation of all disturbed areas and the restoration of driveways and roadways.
