This is a Synopsis/Pre-Solicitation notice. The final solicitation package will follow.

This opportunity is only available to Small Businesses. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, The Quivira National Wildlife Refuge has multiple bridges/boardwalks that are in need of rehabilitation or repair. The refuge also needs a trail rehabilitation. All these assets need to be ADA/ABA accessible. This project will take place in Stafford, KS (Stafford County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract and Award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation.

A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation.

The NAICS code is 237310 - Highway, Bridge and Street Construction and the size standard is $45 million. The project magnitude is over $500,000 to $1,000,000.

Bonding Requirements: 20% Bid Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 100% Performance Bond
