The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in providing full-service student transportation services. Zachary Community School District ("ZCSD") seeks a contractor that will provide superior student transportation services at a fiscally responsible cost. Although cost is of importance, proposing the lowest price will not assure the award of the contract. ZCSD demands safe, reliable, timely, and efficient service. Failure to address ZCSD concerns and requirements as set forth in this RFP may disqualify a Proposer from consideration. ZCSD will require the selected Proposer to provide professional transportation management and adequate workforce and supervision.
