The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) has a requirement to award a Firm Fixed Price, 5-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Zinc Oxide with an estimated maximum total quantity of 425,000 lbs. The estimated quantity required for the first year of the contract is 50,000 lbs. This requirement is in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) and the product is required to be in accordance with MIL-Z-291 (Rev G) and Drawing 143-1-1 (Rev N) which has a restricted distribution statement. Zinc Oxide will be delivered to Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, AR and it is FOB Destination. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses.
