The United States Coast Guard seeks to award, on a sole source basis, an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Only the exact part numbers listed will be accepted. All parts must meet OEM specifications. The anticipated IDIQ will have a Base Year Ordering Period and four Option Year Ordering Periods and will be awarded to Zodiac Services Americas.
The proposed contract action will procure spare parts to support the regeneration of (14) HC-27J aircraft, USCG Air Station Sacramento operations, training operations at the APO, and the overall operational and maintenance mission of the HC-27J. See the attached schedule for a list of parts. This is a notice of intent and NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
