The Surface Water Management Division of the Snohomish County Department of Public Works is seeking a laboratory to perform zooplankton identification and enumeration. The services will include laboratory analyses of specified parameters and reporting of results for samples collected to date (approximately 30 samples) as well as future sample collection (up to 15 annually) for 2016 and 2017.
