The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for the following service:

(6) BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO Physio Control LifePak V4 Monitor/Defibrillators

Prospective Offerors are invited to submit proposals in reference to solicitation no. 17-242-SOL-00074. The solicitation package is comprised of all information including the estimated requirements, scope of work, and applicable attachments.

Offers will be solicited from Service Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns. If we do not receive enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers from the SDVOSB set-aside, we will then evaluate quotes and consider for award to other small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows: First Tier: Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Business and Second Tier: Hub Zone and Third Tier: all other Small Business Concerns. Offers received from enterprises that are not one of these small business concerns will not be considered.

The Government anticipates in awarding a single, fixed-priced requirements type contract for a one time purchase.

To be eligible for contract award, vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must also complete Representations and Certifications at http://www.sam.gov, per FAR 52.204-7.

All payments by the Government under any associated task order shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT), per FAR 52.232-33.

Proposals will be accepted to the close of business at 12:00 pm MST on August 7, 2017.
Late proposals will not be accepted unless post marked prior to the time and date of the due date.

ONLY ONE AWARD WILL BE MADE AS A RESULT OF THE SOLICITATION.
