The City of Upper Arlington is currently soliciting proposals from qualified firms/institutions to provide professional investment advisory services to enhance the short and long-term investments in the City’s portfolio at a competitive price. Services required shall include the recommendation and implementation of appropriate investment transactions, according to the City’s investments and financial policies. The advisory firm may also be called upon to provide expertise in additional services such as cash management consulting, bond interest accounting and arbitrage rebate calculations.
