Sealed Proposals for Bond Refinancing will be received by the City of Opa-locka at the Office of the City Clerk, 780 Fisherman St, 4th Floor, Opa-locka, Florida 33054, by 2:00 p.m., May 17, 2024 (ET). Any RFP Package received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. The City of Opa-locka will be accepting proposals by mail, however it is your responsibility to submit your proposal by the due date. In addition, proposals may be submitted via www.demandstar.com (e-bid).
