The work to be performed consists, in general, of the removal and replacement of the existing digester gas booster blower system at Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 3 located at 6901 McCutchen Road, Bakersfield, CA 93313. The blower system will include three new skids with independent cooling chiller systems, new power, control panel, and a new pre-engineered shade structure (canopy). In addition, the work includes the removal and replacement of multiple digester gas equipment over four existing digester including the pressure and vacuum relief valves, flame arrestors, sediment traps, manhole covers, and backpressure regulators.
