The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the construction of a pavilion on State Game Lands (SGL) #311 in Benezette Township, Elk County. The scope of the project includes site preparation, excavation of post foundations, framing the structure, construction of a concrete floor slab, installation of metal siding and roof panels, installation of soffits and fascia, construction of an outdoor fireplace, installation and wiring of lights and outlets and seeding of disturbed areas.
