NOTICE OF INTENT. The Department of Veterans Affairs, South Central VA Health Care Network intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed delivery order to Roche Diagnostics, Corporation, 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256 in accordance with FAR Subpart 8.405-6.
