All totes shall contain 250 gallons of Teton Herbicide. 18 totes multiplied by 250 gallon equals 4,500 total gallons.The Contractor shall be responsible for the transportation and delivery of full containers (totes) and for the pickup and the proper disposal/recycling of the shipping/applicator containers (totes).The Contractor shall make available fully trained and experienced applicators to provide employees of the Fort Hall Irrigation Project training to correctly, properly and efficiently apply Teton Herbicide. For this solicitation, Bureau of Indian Affairs intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, FedBid, Inc. FedBid has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction.
