Acknowledgment of Review Requirements Information or technology developed by efforts funded by the T&E/S&T hypersonic focus area must be reviewed to ensure adherence to regulations concerning the release of Militarily Critical Technologies List (MCTL) and/or International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) sensitive materials. The office of the executing agent for the hypersonic focus area of T&E/S&T must be forwarded all materials 30 days in advance of the release. The office of the executing agent will then review the material and assign the necessary classification and/or distribution statement. The contractor will then be informed of the release approval status and the assigned distribution statement for the material. By signing below, you are signifying your knowledge of this requirement.
