This is a Notice of Intent to award Sole Source to KE Software, Inc, 76 Richmond Street East, Suite 350, Toronto, Ontario under the basis of authority of FAR 6.302-1 (b)(1)(i). KE Software, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, distributor and integrator of the Department of the Navy Heritage Assets Management System (DONHAMS). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
