Statement Of Work: Provide the services of a control systems service engineer to perform all required testing, adjustments and repairs for a total of twenty-seven (27) days:

7.1.1 Provide and install thirty (30) thermocouples and the required wiring, hardware, conduit boxes, and fittings in the port and starboard main engines and exhaust piping.

7.1.2 Service engineer shall troubleshoot main engine control console, and make adjustments as necessary to bring engine to proper operating and load parameters. Service engineer to work in conjuction with the SEMT Pielstick service engineer under Work Item 0201 with Main Engine Load Balancing and the service engineer under work item 0910 for propeller pitch calibration.

7.1.3 Service engineer shall perform Dock and Sea Trials with SEMT Pielstick service engineer to prove Load Balance and the Roll-Royce service engineer for propeller pitch calibration.

8.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

8.1 Service engineer shall provide documentation of experience servicing digital and analog control systems installed on ocean going ships. Additionally, service engineer shall have experience on control system interface with Pielstick 4.2 engines and Rolls-Royce/ Bird-Johnson controllable pitch propeller systems.
