The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for the Certified Pre-Apprenticeship Grant. The mission of the Department of Workforce Development (DWD), Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards (BAS) is to develop, administer and regulate the Registered Apprenticeship Program in order to supply highly skilled workers for Wisconsin's workforce.
