The project involves replacing approximately 91 squares of the existing roof at the CFD # 3. The scope of work includes removal of existing BUR and installation of a new modified bitumen roof system. The work also includes removal of the mansard shingle roof and installation of a new shingle roof with an alternate for a standing metal roof.
