Box 50457 Indianapolis, IN 46250-0457; utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the purchase of preventative maintenance and repair for one (1) cobas 6000 analyzer and one (1) one cobas e 411 analyzer in Malcolm Grow Medical Clinic and Surgery Center (MGMCSC), with all reagents, controls, and calibrators. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations.
