District Energy Corporation is issuing this Request for Proposal for the purpose of selecting an experienced individual or firm to provide Owner's Representation Services for the new DEC plant facility construction project located adjacent to, and constructed to serve, the new Lincoln Electric System Operations Center. The successful respondent will be required to complete (1) DEC Services/Consulting Contract; 2) Furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show DEC listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) Furnish a performance bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; 4) Return a completed Confidentiality and Security Agreement - Form 790.
