The Department will retain the services of an engineering firms for a $ 1.5 million District Open-End contract for Design/Review Services. The work and services that may be required under these contracts will encompass a wide range of engineering and/or review tasks with the possibility of several different types of projects being assigned concurrently and with short completion schedules. All work will be performed within Engineering District 4-0. May include Type 2 Bridge reviews, environmental documents reviews, E&S/NPDES and DEP Permits Reviews. May be used for project management assistance. Maybe used for Railroad coordination. May be used for local project services through the Agreement for Commonwealth's Performance of Municipal-Owned Projects. May include projects designed using Minor Project Design Procedures (Pub. DM-1X Appendix AB) Right of Way acquisition and Subsurface Utility Engineering services maybe included in this Agreement
