The Department will retain the services of an engineering firms for a $ 1.5 million District Open-End contract for Design/Review Services. The work and services that may be required under these contracts will encompass a wide range of engineering and/or review tasks with the possibility of several different types of projects being assigned concurrently and with short completion schedules. All work will be performed within Engineering District 4-0. May include Type 2 Bridge reviews, environmental documents reviews, E&S/NPDES and DEP Permits Reviews. Maybe used for Railroad coordination. May be used for local project services through the Agreement for Commonwealth's Performance of Municipal-Owned Projects. May include projects designed using Minor Project Design Procedures (Pub. DM-1X Appendix AB) Right of Way acquisition and Subsurface Utility Engineering services maybe included in this Agreement
