The Government intends to purchase on a sole source, firm fixed-price basis a Fundamentals of Hypersonics (FOH) short course for a Naval Innovative Science & Engineering (NISE) Program Office initiative. This requirement is a sole source contract action to White Eagle Aerospace, 10170 N Fox Hunt Ln, Tucson, AZ 85737. The procedures of FAR Part 13.5 and FAR Part 12 will be utilized for this commercial acquisition.
