This is combined synopsis/solicitation for conference space facilities and services IAW FAR part 12, Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information from attached solicitation. The U.S. Dept of Tresury, Financial Management Service seeks a conference facility that can provide the services as outlined in the attached solcitation. The requirement is NAICS 722320 and the governemnt will award a fixed price order. The anticipated order will include (1) one base year and (4) four option years. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) required prior to executuion of award. The attached solictation has been revised to delete two clauses that were not required, change the CLIN structure, and rewrite the evaluation criteria.
