Under Statutory Authority FAR Part 13.106-1(b), and FAR Part 6.302-1(1)(a)(2)(ii)(B) the Government anticipates entering into sole-source Firm Fixed Price contract with Becton, Dickinson and Company, for the continued use of one (1) FACSCanto system for the performance of flow cytometry necessary for patient testing.
