There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid meeting on OCTOBER 30, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will be held 24 STREET & LAKE, OMAHA, NE. Meeting will be held rain or shine. Bids must be electronically filed on or before 11:00 A.M. on: Wednesday, NOVEMBER 8,2023 at which time the bids will be opened and read by the City Clerk before the Bid Opening Committee and the public in LC-4, Omaha/Douglas Civic Center. The work consists of the construction of removal or the existing pavers and store on pallets off-site. Remove and distribute to city-approved recycle or dump site all existing 4” sand, existing asphalt, and Base rock. Install on compacted base, new sub-fabric, base rock, concrete, sand, and pavers as well as expansion joints and meeting provided slopes per the plans and details. Order and provide new pavers to be installed to replace damaged pavers. Damaged Pavers with inscriptions are to be recorded, reordered from the existing brick paver manufacturer, and installed.
