Aircraft Deicing Equipment, Penn Yan, New York Sealed bids for acquisition of Aircraft Deicing Equipment will be received by Yates County Clerk of the Legislature (Attn: Emilee Miller), 417 Liberty Street, Penn Yan, New York 14527, on or before 3:00 pm local time, Monday, April 4, 2022, at which time and place all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids submitted after this time shall not be accepted. Bids much be submitted, seals and include on the face of the envelope the name and address of the bidder, project name and the words "Sealed Bid: Aircraft Deicing Equipment". Completed bids will be reviewed and evaluated by Yates County, New York in anticipation of awarding the contract. Bids must include all contract forms in the Bid Section of the Contract Documents.
