[email protected] Sealed Bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 8500 Battle Bridge Road, Raleigh, NC, at the Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility (NRRRF), Training Room 108A; at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the construction of the Twin 72-inch Diameter Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Replacement and Rehabilitation project. After Bids are opened, the Owner shall evaluate them in accordance with the methods and criteria set forth in the Bid Proposal Form and Instructions to Bidders. The Owner/City Council reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time specified in the Bid Form for the performance of the Contract. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in Training Room 108A at 8500 Battle Bridge Road, Raleigh, NC, at the (NRRRF) at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 14, 2023. A site visit will be held following the meeting.
