The Division of Global AIDS Program of the Centers for Disease Control and prevention intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract, in accordance with FAR 13, using simplified acquisition procedures, to Roche Diagnostics Corporation, 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256-1025. Roche Diagnostics Corporation will provide 45 COBAS AmpliPrep TaqMan HIV-Qual test, 18 COBAS AmpliPrep/ COBAS Taqman HIV-1 Monitors tests and 1 K-Tube Capper automated COBAS Taq man Ancillary Items. Roche Diagnostic Corporation appears to be the sole distributor of these tests. No Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. This advertisement ends in 15 days.
