Offerors are responsible for submitting the questionnaire to the references addressed in their proposal, who will in turn forward the completed questionnaire to Lt Alonso-Bernal. The completed questionnaires are not to be submitted to Lt Alonso-Bernal directly from the offeror. Proposals will be accepted via email only.
