OFFICE SPACE NEEDED

General Services Administration (GSA) on behalf of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is interested in leasing approximately 50,000 usable square feet of office and related use space. Parking for 500 vehicles is required on site.

LEASE TERM:

2 years, 1 year firm.

UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS:

All services, supplies and utilities to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The space must conform to GSA requirements for fire and life safety and handicap accessibility. Multi-story buildings being offered must have a minimum of 20,000 square foot floor plates on contiguous floors, and column spacing of 25-30 feet on center. New contruction will not be considered.

LOCATION:

Offered properties must be located in the city limits of Baton Rouge on a major arterial road.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST must be submitted in writing and must include the following:

1) Building name and street address

2) Common Area Factor(s) for available space

3) Rentable rate and cost of services per square foot

4) Responses by other than the owner of a property must include written evidence of authority to represent the owner(s)
