The District Energy Corporation (DEC) is requesting bids to furnish all labor, equipment, software, permits and material required to upgrade the current video surveillance and card access system as per DEC Specifications. Due to security concerns, drawings for this project will not be posted to the LES public e-Bid system. In order to obtain drawings, vendors must execute an LES Form 790, Confidentiality and Security Agreement. The executed agreement can be e-mailed to [email protected] Once the LES Form 790 has been executed, DEC will contact the vendor to make arrangements to access the drawings. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the DEC Standard Services Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show DEC listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; 3) furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating, 4) Return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form; 5) Complete the LES Confidentiality and Security Agreement (F-790).
