It is the intent of this solicitation to purchase LIFEPAK CR2 Defibrillators (AEDs) & Related Accessories for use by the City of St. Cloud. No substitutions are allowed. Under the solicitation process, the stipulations set forth herein are fully binding on the bidder to the extent that you confirm acceptance by your signature on the Respondent’s Certification page.
