CITY OF SHERWOOD SHERWOOD FESTIVAL PLAZA Proposals Due 2:00 PM, March 15, 2022 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The City of Sherwood invites qualified Professional Services firms to provide landscape architectural and engineering design, bidding, and construction phase services for the development of the Sher wood Festival Plaza. A complete copy of the RFP is available on the City's website at: https://www.sherwoodoregon.gov/bids. One (1) original and three (3) copies of the proposal should be submitted with the project name "Sherwood Festival Plaza" prominently displayed on the cover. Proposals shall be received at the City of Sherwood, Public Works Department, Attention: Kristen Switzer, 15527 SW Willamette Street, Sherwood, OR 97140 by the 2:00 pm (PST) deadline on March 15, 2022. Faxed or email submittals are unacceptable. Mailed proposals must be received by the deadline. In an effort to ensure that all consultants receive the same information, questions on this project will only be accepted through email. Questions should be emailed to Kristen Switzer at switzerk@sherwoodoregon. gov. All ques tions and responses will be posted on the City's website for interested parties to review. The City will remove the name of the firm and person asking each question. Questions will typi cally be responded to within one business day.
