ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The City of Sherwood is accepting sealed bids for construction of CITY OF SHERWOOD COOLHURST SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS until 10:00 a.m. on July 7, 2022 at the City of Sherwood’s City Clerk Office, 2199 E. Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of approximately 3,020 SY of sidewalk improvements and associated ramps, driveway repairs, sodding, and miscellaneous items. All proposals shall be on the forms with the specifications and shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the "City of Sherwood, City Clerk’s Office, 2199 E. Kiehl Avenue, Sherwood, Arkansas 72120,” and marked "Proposal for City of Sherwood Coolhurst Sidewalk Improvements.” The City reserves the right to reduce the total amount of work to be done as required by budget restraints. Also, work added or remaining shall be at the same unit price as submitted in the proposal.
