This scope of work includes Demolition of existing storefront, Masonry, Concrete slab, Rough carpentry, Millwork, Finish carpentry, FRP, Metals, Doors Frames and Hardware, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, ACT, Glazing, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire alarm, Fire Sprinkler. All fixturing's(gondolas, cash registers, signage, etc.) will be provided by Dollar Tree for installation. New RTU's, light fixtures, etc. will also be Dollar Tree provided. Please be sure to review all Plans (dated 09/24/2021), Specs, Surveys and Photos.
