Masonry, Concrete, Carpentry as per plans. Fixturing’s such as gondolas installation, check out etc. as per fixture plan in the specs. Installing new RTU’s provided by Dollar Tree in new locations. Joist reinforcement and Fall protection work for Metals. Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing as per plans and specs. Please be sure to review all plans, specs, photo map and surveys, addenda and/or RFIs. PROJECT DATES: Project start - 11/15/2021, 6-week construction schedule. TRADES INCLUDE: 01: Temp Toilets, Final Cleaning, Waste Removal; 02: Demolition 03: Concrete Flatwork; 04: Masonry; 05: Metal, Structural steel; 06: Millwork, FRP, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry; 07: Roofing; 08:Doors, Frames and Hardware, Glass & Glazing; 09: Flooring, ACT, Drywall, Paint, Wall Covering; 10: Wall Protection; 22: Plumbing; 23: HVAC, Test & Balance; 26: Electrical.
